- Respond promptly to communications from buyers, sellers, and Equip-Bid within one business day.
- Address bidder inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Clearly articulate terms and expectations for buyers and sellers.
- Thoroughly complete consignment contracts with sellers.
- Provide explicit instructions for bidders within Auction Details and Terms.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with buyers and sellers at all times.
Quality
The quality of auctions hosted on Equip-Bid is indicative of the services rendered. Consequently, we anticipate high-quality, meticulously organized auctions from our affiliates. Quality expectations encompass:
- Posting high-resolution images that accurately depict the condition of auction items.
- Furnishing clear and comprehensive item descriptions to aid buyers in making informed bidding decisions.
- Disseminating professional and well-structured auction inspection details and removal locations.
- Overseeing the hiring and management of competent staff and workers on-site.
- Adhering to a structured starting price for all auctions.
Performance - Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
While sales amounts serve as a significant performance metric, it's imperative to acknowledge that unsuccessful sales can adversely affect the affiliate network. By setting elevated benchmarks for auction and item sale amounts, we can attract clients with more lucrative items and entice buyers for those items. Performance expectations include:
- Targeting auction sale amounts ranging from $3,000 to $5,000+ to ensure adequate resources for the auction.
- Maintaining an average lot value between $25 and $50+ to minimize no-shows and foster competitive bidding.
- Exercising restraint in using reserves, ensuring they do not surpass 70% of the auction value.
- Enlightening sellers on the advantages and disadvantages of reserves.
