Authenticity Requirements

Counterfeits, unauthorized replicas, unauthorized items (such as counterfeit watches, handbags, or other accessories), or unauthorized copies (such as copies of software programs, video games, music albums, movies, television programs, or photographs) cannot be sold on Equip-Bid.com. These fake items violate the original manufacturer’s trademark and other intellectual property rights. These items are illegal to own or sell.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring the authenticity of the items they sell. If the authenticity of an item cannot be verified, the item cannot be included in an auction. It is not acceptable for affiliates to pass the verification of authenticity responsibility to bidders by including a statement in the auction description such as, “the authenticity of this item has not been verified."
